After the studies of biology (specialisation tropical ecology and ecology of animals) initially employed as trainee at the state museum of natural history (SMNK). Since 10/1/2006 scientific staff and PhD student in the project SOLOBIOMA II of the SMNK in southern Brazil. Subject of the dissertation is the investigation of the diversity and the ecology of spiders in the coastal rainforests of the southern Mata Atlântica.
